Tonal Value

Today I learnt about Tonal Value. There are range of different kind of ways to sketch and shade.For example , Tonal,Scumble,Smudge,Hatch and Accent lines.

 I used the smudge technique I used a pencil to draw lights lines and then I use my fingers to smudge it to create different shade..
